How do I log in to read your articles?
You must have an active subscription to Lloyd’s List Australia. If you do, please click the Log In button which appears in the top right-hand of the page. Alternatively, any pages requiring a log-in will offer you the opportunity to log-in on that page.

I’m a subscriber, but I can’t access your Shipping Data page?
It’s most likely that you have a News only subscription and you need to upgrade to the Industry Package which includes our data services. Please contact subscriptions@paragonmedia.com.au or call our team on +61 (0) 2 9126 9713 for more information about upgrading.

I have stopped receiving my daily newswire.
First, please check your “junk”, “spam” or “clutter” folders to see if our newswire is accidentally being sent there. If so, please add our newswire to your safe senders list to avoid this happening again. If our newswire is not there, please email amy.orourke@paragonmedia.com.au  telling us what the impacted email address is and we’ll be happy to investigate for you.
