A NEW website just launched by the Western Australia government is to streamline access to export-related services for food exporters in the state.

The Agrifood and Fisheries Export Services Portal brings together more than 100 state and national services into a central, online source for ease of access and reference for exporters.

State agriculture minister Alannah MacTiernan said, “While there are scores of support services available to WA businesses looking to grow their exports, they are spread across different tiers of government and industry; it’s hard to know where to look”.

“This highly accessible online portal will help agrifood companies to access the services that best match their needs, driving the best possible outcomes for WA industry.”

The website is managed by the WA Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development and is available at: http://export.agric.wa.gov.au.
