TOLL Group announced it has appointed Kate Carlile to the position of chief legal officer.

Since she joined the company earlier this past year as lead counsel, corporate, and acting chief lead officer, Ms Carlile has been praised for her wealth of expertise as a lawyer strengthening Toll Group’s legal and compliance function, according to Toll’s managing director Michael Byrne.

“Ms Carlile brings a focus on customers and a deep understanding of the legal and compliance issues that are critical for Toll’s diverse, global business,” Mr Byrne said.

“Ms Carlile has already made a significant contribution throughout her time at Toll,” Mr Byrne said. “Her strong values and leadership will continue be an important asset to the team.”
