TIMELAPSE footage of the box ship MSC Elma docking at Patrick Terminals, Port Botany, has been supplied by NSW Ports.
The footage was especially prepared by Brett Patman of Lost Collective.
MSC Elma (a 9411DWT vessel) was one of two recording-breaking large ships that docked in Sydney last week, the other being Maersk Skarstind.
The footage, taken early in the morning, provides an insight into the operations of a terminal and docking procedures.

The arrival of the Elma and the Skarstind has triggered further debate about the trend towards larger ships in Australia and just how quickly will any increase occur.
