SHIPPING giant A.P. Møller – Mærsk has announced further board changes, with chief finance officer Carolina Dybeck Happe departing after having “accepted another opportunity outside of the company”.

However Ms Happe will not be leaving immediately, with the company stating the CFO wanted a smooth handover during the 12 months ahead.

This announcement follows the recent departure of former chief operating officer Søren Toft who has joined MSC as chief executive.

“With a reinforced financial foundation, we are well positioned for future growth. I would like to thank Carolina for her short, but productive time at A.P. Moller – Maersk.

“She is committed to building on the progress that has been made and ensuring a smooth and orderly handover. She will leave in 12 months at the latest.”
