THE Rhenus Group has entered into an agreement to buy 100% of the shares of the operating companies in the Malcolm Total Logistics Group effective from 28 February 2020. The company, founded in 1985 and headquartered in Auckland, offers services to the local market including airfreight, sea freight, 3PL contract warehouse and comprehensive customs brokerage.

The Malcolm Total Logistics Group has four business sites across the greater Auckland area, including a 4,200 square metres 3PL logistics warehouse strategically located next to Auckland International Airport. The company has been operating in the logistics and customs business for 35 years.
