QUBE Holdings has announced the appointment of Jackie McArthur to the board of directors from 17 August. 

In a statement, Qube said Ms McArthur had more than 20 years of experience at executive and board level roles in such areas as general management and strategy, supply chain and logistics, operations, food and packaging and manufacturing.

Qube chairman Allan Davies said he was delighted Ms McArthur had agreed to join.

“Jackie will bring new perspectives and broaden the skillset of the board,” Ms McArthur said.

Ms McArthur has been the managing director of Martin-Brower ANZ, a global distributor and supply chain services provider.

She has also held several senior executive positions with McDonalds, both in Australia and overseas.

Ms McArthur was the 2016 Telstra NSW Business Woman of the Year and overall 2016 Telstra Business Women’s Awards – Corporate and Private National Winner.

She has a Bachelor of Engineering from the University of Sydney and is also a non-executive director of Ingham’s, Tassal and Invocare and a member of the AICD.
