RIGHTSHIP, a maritime risk management and environmental assessment organisation, has announced the appointment of its new head of marketing and communications, Claudia Norrgren.

“Claudia Norrgren joins RightShip at pivotal time in organisation’s mission to improve safety, environmental sustainability and crew welfare,” RightShip said in a statement.

Norrgren joins RightShip from market intelligence provider VesselsValue, where she held the positions of associate director and head of PR. She joins RightShip’s London office and will drive marketing activities spanning the organisation’s other offices in Melbourne and Houston, and on a global basis.
