A NEW facility for big name businesses Amazon and Australia Post has been completed at the Brisbane suburb of Pinkenba by Charter Hall Prime Industrial Fund.

The new facility forms part of the greater TradeCoast Industrial Park.

A new 11,281sqm facility was built for the global logistics company and features direct B-double access onto Curtin Avenue.

The facility includes offices and a 4-star Green Star rating.

Charter Hall Queensland regional portfolio manager, Elena Seymour said they were pleased to welcome this major global logistics company into their Queensland portfolio.

“With the completion of this facility on a very tight time frame and ahead of program, TradeCoast Industrial Park is now fully leased,” Ms Seymour said.

“We have also secured Amazon and Australia Post into other recently completed facilities, adding to the existing Caroma, AP Eagers and Sandvik tenancies.”

The TradeCoast Industrial Park incorporates over 50,500sqm of GLA on a site of circa 11.5 hectares that was consolidated through strategic and staged acquisitions of adjoining land parcels in this tightly held and land constrained location.

Ms Seymour talked of Charter Hall’s ability to deliver new, energy efficient warehousing solutions for Amazon, Australia Post and Caroma. She said the TradeCoast Industrial Park had become one of the pre-eminent logistics estates in Brisbane with a value of circa $115 million.
