WISEWAY Group Limited has been accredited by the International Air Transport Association as an IATA Cargo Agent in New Zealand and has started offering integrated logistics services to the country.

The new credential enables Wiseway to deal directly with airlines when servicing clients’ freight requirements in New Zealand.

Roger Tong, Wiseway’s CEO and co-founder said, “Wiseway is excited at receiving IATA’s accreditation in the New Zealand market”.

“We look forward to the opportunities to serve, together with our partner airlines, both new and existing clients through the launching of our integrated logistics solutions in this important market,” Mr Tong said.

“This is a significant step in the execution of our regional growth strategy, as we remain focused on taking advantage of emerging opportunities driven by the rapidly evolving demand for freight services across the Asia-Pacific region.”

In Australia and New Zealand, the company’s focus continues to be on strengthening relationships with Chinese e-commerce platforms.

Through its investment made over recent months, Wiseway can now handle all airfreight export shipments in-house from its Auckland Airport precinct facility. This follows receipt of the necessary accreditations and satisfying the requirements of airlines. Additionally, the facility has also been designated as a Customs Controlled Area by New Zealand Customs.
