INAUGURAL winner of the Women in Shipping & Maritime Logistics Award, Jeanine Drummond, has spoken of the need for a bold approach to bringing about gender diversity in maritime workplaces.
Ms Drummond spoke at the 2018 Australian Shipping and Maritime Industry Awards in Sydney on Thursday night (22 November).
