THIS week, the Australian Transport Safety Bureau released its report an incident aboard liquefied hydrogen carrier Suiso Frontier.

The ship was berthed at Victoria’s Port of Hastings on its maiden voyage last year when a flame appeared on board, sparking an ATSB investigation.
