ASX-listed logistics company Qube has appointed Jill Hoffmann to the board of directors.
Ms Hoffmann has previously served in senior executive roles at Woodside Energy and as chair of Fremantle Ports.
Qube highlighted her experience in roles across shipping, operations, supply chain, renewables, crisis management, corporate social responsibility environment and heritage and marketing and trading.
Ms Hoffman is also currently a non-executive director at WA-based Strike Energy.
“Jill brings a wealth of relevant industry knowledge and expertise to the Qube board, including from her experience in senior executive roles at Woodside Energy, and internationally,” Qube chairman Allan Davies said.
“I am very pleased she has accepted the invitation to join the Qube board and look forward to her contribution.”
Ms Hoffmann holds a Master of Business Administration from Henley Management College, England and a Bachelor of Business, Massey University, New Zealand. She is also a fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Her appointment came into effect on Friday 15 December.
