Toowoomba Second Range Crossing opened to traffic

THE $1.6 bn Toowoomba Second Range Crossing has officially been opened to traffic and will now take heavy vehicles around north of Toowoomba rather than through it. The large project includes a 41-kilometre-long bypass route including an 800-metre-long viaduct.
