Liner Shipping Awards surveys - have your say

The DCN Australian Shipping & Maritime Industry Awards are fast approaching, and one of the most anticipated categories of the night is the Liner Shipping Awards.

The Customer Service Award, proudly sponsored by DP World since its introduction in 2014, recognises the standard of customer service offered by individual shipping lines as seen by their customers.

The Liner Trade awards have traditionally been judged using shipping data, recognising excellence across Australia's four key trade routes:

• North East Asia

• South East Asia

• North America

• New Zealand, PNG and the Pacific Islands

This year, the awards will be decided a little differently - we’re inviting you to have your say.

The Liner Shipping Surveys takes just a few minutes to complete, so jump in and share your views on the carriers leading the way.

The survey closes on 17^th October, after which the full list of finalists will be announced.

Winners will be revealed at the 2025 DCN Australian Shipping & Maritime Industry Awards, to be held on 20 November at the Shangri-La, Sydney.
