AS RESPONSES to the Customer Service survey come in, we’re shining the spotlight on this award that celebrates the companies and teams delivering exceptional service across the shipping and logistics industry.

The Customer Service award is judged via a survey and recognises organisations that consistently exceed customer expectations, enhance operational transparency, and provide solutions that improve efficiency, reliability and client satisfaction.
