IN the news this week, Senator Bridget McKenzie called for the infrastructure and transport minister to issue a Section 11 exemption from the Coastal Trading Act 2012 to allow international ships to move cargo to the Port of Wyndham to help the flood-stricken communities of the east Kimberley.
