ACFS Port Logistics has opened a sixth Western Australian site, at Hazelmere, 14 kilometres east of the Perth CBD.

The fully-equipped warehouse and container yard will have a 5-star green rating with 99kw solar system and is described by the company as state-of-the-art.

Features include:

  • Warehouse of 15,000sqm with racking capacity to store 20,484 pallets at various height positions.
  • 4 x recessed docks.
  • Warehouse is Customs and Quarantine approved.
  • Live scanning of inventory, through WMS (paperless), including integration to medium to large customers.
  • High volume unpack/ pack facility with reach stacker on site.
  • FCL depot providing a 11,850sq m container rated hardstand (approx. 780 TEU).
  • Supported by the ACFS Transport Fleet to deliver FCL as a hub and spoke solution for customers in the area. Will also support FTL (Full Tautliner Load) and LCL service requirements.
  • Container card equipment such as Reach Stackers will be dedicated to the site to allow a seamless operation.
  • 36 Power charging points for reefer storage.
  • Sophisticated CCTV security system.
