THE APPOINTMENT of Brent Mickelberg as the Queensland Government's Minister for Transport and Main Road has been welcomed by the National Heavy Vehicle Regulator (NHVR), an independent regulator for vehicles over 4.5 tonnes of gross vehicle mass.
