WHILST feeling just a tad of sympathy for VICT it has to be asked why, two years after opening, it has suddenly been discovered that they got their sums so badly wrong that for survival it became necessary to impose an infrastructure surcharge in excess of $100.
Seems that there is more than a touch of "follow the leader" in the across the board imposition of these exorbitant charges.
