ACFS Port Logistics is establishing a new 15,000-square-metre warehouse facility in Hazelmere, Perth.
The facility is to have a 5-Star Green rating with 99 kilowatts of solar power installed.
ACFS said the new development would service players in the 3PL, FAK and eCommerce sectors.
The facility is to be a multi-site warehouse and comprise four recessed docks, racking capacity to store 20,484 pallets and an FCL container depot with 11,850 square metres of container-rated hardstand.
The company also said the warehouse would be customs and quarantine approved.
ACFS chief operations officer Wayne Morris said: “Our customers products and needs are at the forefront of our initiatives, and growing our existing footprint is a testament to the loyalty our customers have shown us.”
