THE Shipping & Logistics Charity Golf Day is returning on 23 October in partnership with the Kids Cancer Project to Support Childhood Cancer Research.
This year’s venue is the Long Reef Golf Club.
The annual event has become a fixture on the industry calendar, bringing together companies and colleagues from across the sector to drive meaningful change for children with cancer.
Thanks to the generosity of sponsors and the commitment of a volunteer committee, the fundraiser is now approaching an extraordinary $1million raised for the Sydney Children’s Hospitals Foundation (SCHF).
In 2026, the Committee is pleased to announce a new partnership with The Kids’ Cancer Project (TKCP), who will work alongside the event to continue supporting SCHF and its vital research programs.
The Shipping & Logistics Charity Golf Day and The Kids’ Cancer Project share a strong alignment, with both organisations founded more than 30 years ago by people determined to improve outcomes for children and families affected by cancer.
Both have maintained a long-standing commitment to funding lifesaving research for the Oncology Ward at Westmead Children’s Hospital.
As the event evolves into this new partnership, the committee extends its sincere thanks to all past and present sponsors whose support has made the fundraiser’s impact possible. The committee hopes to welcome the industry back in strong numbers for this next chapter.
Sponsorship and team opportunities will be released in June.
