WiseTech said its new commercial model, CargoWise Value Packs, is now “well established” across more than 95% of CargoWise customers, supporting an 11% increase in CargoWise revenue to US$756.9 million. Growth was driven by large global freight forwarder rollouts, annual price adjustments and product enhancements.
The company delivered 1827 new CargoWise product enhancements during FY26, with more than 6500 enhancements added over the past five years.
The acquisition of US-based e2open contributed US$541.2 million in revenue across 11 months and is now undergoing a full transition to WiseTech’s product‑led operating model.
The company reported an eight‑percentage‑point expansion in e2open’s underlying EBITDA margin compared with FY25 pro forma levels, reflecting early delivery of cost synergies.
WiseTech said e2open had established a "unified product roadmap" and aligned teams to new product portfolios, with the business continuing to be recognised in leadership positions by Gartner, IDC and Nucleus Research.
WiseTech launched its Container Transport Optimization solution in July 2026, building on existing tools such as Matchbox Exchange and Avantida. The company plans to expand the network of container transport participants in Australia and drive further adoption across landside logistics.
In July, WiseTech acquired FRDM.ai, an AI‑powered supply chain risk and compliance intelligence platform. The acquisition accelerates development of VerifyWise, a multi‑tier verification system designed to help exporters, importers, logistics providers and financial institutions meet increasingly complex compliance obligations, including modern slavery and forced‑labour reporting.
WiseTech said VerifyWise would provide a comprehensive compliance framework for global supply chains as regulatory scrutiny intensifies.
The company reported US$115 million in annualised run‑rate savings, driven by:
-
e2open cost synergy program (US$64m)
-
AI transformation program (US$34m)
-
Efficiency program focused on high‑performance teams and early adoption of AI (US$17m)
Operating expenses rose 81% due to consolidation of e2open, restructuring costs and increased legal and advisory fees, but underlying operating expenses fell two percentage points as a share of revenue.
WiseTech ended the year with US$343.5 million in cash and net leverage of 2.7x, supported by a US$3 billion unsecured debt facility used to fund the e2open acquisition. The company expects leverage to fall to ~2.2x by FY27.
R&D investment reached US$340.7 million, with 24% of revenue reinvested in product development. The company said capitalised development is expected to increase as e2open transitions fully to a product‑led model.
WiseTech declared a final dividend of 8.8 cents per share, up 14%.
