NEW RAILWAY crossings, haul roads and a six-kilometre realignment of Great Northern Highway will be part of a US$1.6 billion investment by Rio Tinto and Hancock Prospecting in iron ore project Hope Downs 2 in Western Australia’s Pilbara.
