LOGISTICS software specialist OneStop has announces that Arrow Transport will go live with OneStop's Modal platform and vehicle booking system at its Brisbane facility on Monday 3 August 2026.
This is part of a growth strategy with Arrow Transport building out container park services across the nation.
According to OneStop, the rollout provides industry real-time visibility over container movements at the Brisbane facility, replacing “fragmented updates” with a single, transparent source of truth on containers’ location and status.
For Arrow Transport, taking on Modal and VBS is said to mean launching Brisbane on a platform built to automate booking management, reduce manual admin at the gate, and support consistent safety and compliance standards.
As Arrow Transport's container park services expand across its national network, the same platform is expected to provide the business a standardised way to manage bookings and container movements consistently.
Brisbane has been described as “the latest step” in a growing relationship between the two companies.
Arrow Transport's move to OneStop is said to reflect a broader shift in the industry, as operators seek single, connected platform with real-time visibility and booking coordination at scale.
"Rolling out OneStop Modal and VBS at Brisbane gives us a platform we can build on as we grow our container park services across our national network," said Arrow Transport general manager –parks, property and projects, Luke Gravell.
"Having one consistent system across our sites means less manual admin for our team and a clearer, more reliable experience for our customers."
OneStop chief commercial officer Chris Harnett said it was “great to welcome another national operator onto the platform”.
“Arrow Transport choosing OneStop Modal and VBS for Brisbane, with more of their container park network to follow, says a lot about where the industry is heading," Mr Harnett said.
"We're looking forward to supporting Arrow Transport as they bring the rest of their container park services online."
