WISETECH Global founder Richard White and two other company employees are no longer under investigation by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC).

The ASIC investigation had reacted to allegations of alleged trading in WiseTech shares.

“ASIC has informed the company that it has concluded its investigation in respect of Richard White and two other current WiseTech employees, and that it has issued no-action letters to them,” a WiseTech statement read.

“The no-action letters confirm that ASIC will not take any enforcement action against Richard White or those two employees. ASIC has indicated that an investigation is ongoing in respect of another individual who is not an employee of the company.”

WiseTech said ASIC had additionally informed the company that it had concluded a governance investigation which began in late 2024.

ASIC has also issued a no-action letter to the company confirming it did not intend to take any enforcement action in respect of that investigation.

WiseTech independent chair Raelene Murphy said the resolution of these ASIC matters was “another step forward for the company as we apply our full focus on creating long term value for shareholders”.

In a statement to DCN, ASIC confirmed it had "determined to take no further action against those individuals" but "ASIC’s investigation in relation to alleged share trading by one individual remains ongoing".

"Given the matter remains ongoing, ASIC is unable to comment further at this time," ASIC stated.
