THE ELEMENT Restaurant at Revesby Workers Club, Sydney, was the setting for logistics and forwarding business Freight On Board International’s recent 35th birthday celebrations.

Managing director Brendan Tout founded the business in a small sub-let office way back in 1990.

IFCBAA chief executive Scott Carson said he was “privileged to be invited to attend and present at the celebration of this business milestone and in appreciation of Brendan’s outstanding leadership throughout this period”.

Freight On Board’s Melbourne and Tullamarine staff and their partners travelled to Sydney for the occasion.

The evening featured outstanding food, excellent entertainment and a warm sense of camaraderie that was said to have reflected the spirit of Freight on Board.

Mr Carson presented Brendan Tout with a commemorative plaque in recognition of his “ongoing commitment” and contribution to the industry. The celebrations ended on a high note with guests putting on their best moves and dancing the night away, rounding off “a truly memorable and joyous evening”.
