THE INTERNATIONAL Cargo Handling Coordination Association (Australia) held a lunch at the Marriott Hotel in Melbourne this week.
The keynote speaker was Mike Gallacher, the chief executive of Ports Australia and DCN newsmaker of the year.
Guests included former mariners, logistics experts and representatives of ports and stevedoring companies.
Lunch was a choice of salmon or steak.
While it was a Tuesday, some guests nonetheless indulged themselves with a glass of wine.
