PATRICK Terminals in Sydney this week hosted descendants of company founder Captain James R Patrick on the occasion of the business’s 100 year celebrations.
Providing an overview of operations were Patrick Terminals CEO Michael Jovicic and historian Claude Varnier.
Neil Patrick, the grandson of Captain Patrick, was reported to have admired the terminal technology of the terminal and commented at how Patrick always had been “at the forefront of the industry”.
Mr Jovicic said it was “an honour” to showcase the Sydney AutoStrad Terminal to the families.
“The visitors were overwhelmed at both the size and sophistication of the operation,” he said.
“As an Australian organisation steeped in history, the team and I are very proud of this incredible milestone for the Patrick Terminals organisation.”
