TOMKAT Global Solutions says it has opened expressions of interest for its upcoming wholesale equity raise on VentureCrowd, inviting investors for its sustainable packaging technology.
Funds raised are aimed at hastening the commercial rollout of KoolPak, TomKat’s reusable and recyclable packaging system that replaces single-use polystyrene across food, pharmaceutical and e-commerce supply chains.
KoolPak has been proven through national and international pilots, protected by five patent families, and supported by an exclusive supply agreement with Sekisui Foam Australia and Thai Sekisui Foam, one of the world’s leading foam manufacturers.
“This raise gives investors the chance to be part of a real solution,” said Tom Long, Co Founder of TomKat Global Solutions.
“KoolPak isn’t a concept. It’s proven, protected and ready to scale.”
The company has raised $4.3 million to date, generated early revenue from pilot sales, and secured Thai Board of Investment approval and incentives to establish its new Chon Buri manufacturing facility, equipped with advanced automation and robotics.
“We’ve built the foundation,” said co-founder Kath Long.
“Now we’re ready to expand globally and lead the transition to reuse-first packaging for a low-carbon future.”
