New product aims to provide “single point of access”

EUROPEAN logistics business Kuehne + Nagel has announced a new product with which it hopes to provide easier access to all services for customers. The product, entitled myKN, aims to provide a single point of access to online services, replacing the current Control Center concept. According to the company, myKN allows to explore, quote, book and track as well as manage shipments and user accounts entirely online.

Chief executive Dr Detlef Trefzger said the product would benefit customers. “We follow the ambition to provide our customers everything needed to plan and handle shipments in one place,” he said. According to a public statement,
