“Pollution debt” leads to Yang Ming ship arrest

THE Federal Court Admiralty Marshall has arrested the Liberian-flagged vessel YM Eternity (IMO 9353280) at Port Botany in relation to an unpaid “pollution debt” from its sister ship YM Efficiency.
