Seadrill announces CFO decision to step down

SEADRILL chief financial officer Mark Morris is to step down in June. This follows a restructure of the Bermuda-registered company. Mr Morris is to remain in his post until the end of June 2019 to enable the company to find a replacement. Chief executive Anton Dibowitz said Mr Morris had played an important role.
