THE MELBOURNE Marine Insurance Forum held its annual Winter Warmer at Alto Event Space, bringing together around 100 marine insurance professionals to network, build relationships, and enjoy a few drinks while discussing all things marine.
Hot topics included EOFY renewals and celebrations, the Iran conflict, sanctions, and the ever-important question, “where did I leave my wine?”
This year’s Winter Warmer raffle received the strongest support seen in several years, and the committee sincerely thanks the industry for its generosity.
Tickets were drawn by distinguished life members, with Monique Yates, Kerryn Woonings, and others among the lucky prize winners.
Excitement is already said to be building for MMIF’s year-end event, which returns to the RACV this year and will allow them to welcome up to 300 marine enthusiasts.
